Wade McSwain, born in Dothan, Alabama, and Tracy McSwain, hailing from Kent County, Michigan, are a true example of the North meeting the South. With Wade's extensive experience in managing chain restaurants and Tracy's education in Food Systems Management, they joined forces and opened Pit Boss BBQ in September 2008.
